At The Freelance Florist, we believe in the power of inclusivity and equal opportunities. From the very beginning, these principles have been at the core of our mission. We understand that diversity enriches us, that it brings different perspectives, experiences, and talents to the table. Inclusion isn't just a buzzword for us—it's a fundamental value that guides everything we do.
When we set out on this journey, we envisioned a community where everyone, regardless of gender, race, or background, could thrive and succeed. We wanted to create a space where creativity knows no bounds, where passion and talent are the only prerequisites for success. And we're proud to say that we've made significant strides in turning that vision into reality.

That's why, on this International Women's Day, we recommit ourselves to the cause of gender equality. We pledge to continue fostering an environment where women feel supported, empowered, and valued. The floral industry is made up of around 70% women, and we recognise how powerful that is!
