A BIT ABOUT ME

Outside of floristry, I am a keen traveller and hiking enthusiast, which keeps me inspired by natural landscapes and textures. I am passionate about a healthy lifestyle and personal growth. Currently, I am further developing my professional background by studying for a degree in Business Management. I have a natural curiosity and a drive for continuous learning, whether it’s mastering a new floral technique or exploring modern management strategies.

Favourite flower… Carnation (specifically luxury varieties like 'Antigua' or 'Hermes'). I appreciate their incredible versatility, architectural texture, and exceptional longevity in large-scale event installations.

EXPERIENCE

Senior Florist & Creative Director (2020 – Present)
I have progressed from a boutique home-based business (2020–2022) to owning and directing a successful retail flower shop (2022–2025). As a business owner, I managed a team of three staff and mentored college interns, overseeing senior-level floristry for weddings, corporate events, and large-scale shopfront installations. Currently, I operate from my private studio with a team of up to three, focusing on luxury event styling and high-end bespoke orders.

PREFERRED TYPE OF FLORISTRY WORK

I am primarily looking for high-impact projects where my experience as a Senior Florist and Team Lead can be best utilised.
My preferences include:
Events: Full-scale wedding installations and high-end private celebrations.
Corporate Events: Medium to Large-scale decor for product launches, award ceremonies, and gala dinners.
Shopfronts & Vitrines: Bespoke exterior and interior installations for luxury retail brands (a key area of my expertise following my 2025 specialist training).
Contract Floristry: Weekly luxury installations for hotels, showrooms, or corporate offices.
