TYPE OF WORK COVERING
This role offers plenty of variety. The successful applicant will create bespoke arrangements for our regular contract clients (restaurants, hotels, venues and private homes), and oversee the production of large scale send-outs for corporate gifting. Our events work ranges from table decorations for intimate dinners at home, to romantic weddings of all sizes, to large-scale installations and imaginative brand activations, up to gala events for hundreds or thousands of guests at landmark venues. Any experience training and leading teams of florists for larger-scale projects will be particularly well regarded.

At FLOWERBX, we're known for our signature single variety approach to floristry which showcases the beauty of every flower type. Our clean, contemporary style emphasises a small selection of flower varieties used in abundance for a show-stopping effect.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
Sustainability is a core operating principle for FLOWERBX. From our cut-to-order business model, local growers, FSC certified packaging, use of electric vans in dense areas to offsetting carbon for our workforce. We became carbon neutral in 2021, with a goal of offsetting our carbon footprint by 200% in 2023 and becoming a B Corp.
