Permanent Managers Position

DATES REQUIRED TO WORK

Hours - 5 days, alternate Saturdays, 38 hours per week.

Job description

We are looking for a talented florist Manager with great organisational skills. Our beautiful boutique flower shop is really busy offering fresh bouquets,planted arrangements, party and wedding flowers. Our high standard of customer service is so important to us and the right candidate needs to promote this at all times . A car driver is essential, free parking available.

Responsibilities:

Day to day running of shop

Ordering flowers

Liaising with Events Manager on all weddings etc

Staff rota

Seasonal changes to website bouquets

Window displays

Liaising with corporate clients and developing additional business

Training less experienced staff

Forward planning for major events - Valentines, Mothers Day etc

Posting on social media

Additional information

Minimum 2 years floristry experience working in a flower shop.
