TYPE OF WORK COVERING

An exciting opportunity to join the multi award winning Etiquette Events. You will work with a brilliant team, creating beautiful florals and providing support across the business.

The right candidate must be competent in all areas of Floristry especially Wedding & Events. We work with high end clients, brands and celebrities. We are looking for a real team player, someone willing to go the extra mile; that’s not afraid of hard work. Flexibility is key due to the nature of the business, and you will be required to work some weekends and additional hours during busy/ peak periods. We are also currently recruiting a Junior florist to Support the Senior in this position.

Key Characteristics of the right candidate 1. Minimum 5 Years’ experience (previous experience at a busy Events company will be favoured) 2. A strong knowledge in all areas of Floristry including large installation pieces and hand wired bouquets 3. Ability to work independently and as part of a team 4. Composure under pressure, and be able to work to tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment 5. Flexibility - available to work weekends and the occasional late night/early morning 6. Creative, with a real passion for flowers and great attention to detail 7. Full UK Driving License – Manual – not afraid to drive Vans 8. Enthusiastic with plenty of stamina 9. Comfortable with ordering and forecasting of stock. 10. Stock control and budget management. 11. Comfortable pricing up florals.
