TYPE OF WORK COVERING

We are seeking a Freelance Floristry Tutor to co-design and deliver six full-day floristry skills training workshops for a cohort of 15 female survivors of human trafficking and modern slavery. This role sits at the intersection of high-quality floristry training and careful, trauma-informed facilitation. Alongside teaching technical skills, the tutor plays a vital role in creating a learning environment that feels safe, welcoming, and empowering for women who have experienced significant trauma. You will lead on floristry content and delivery, while working closely with an experienced on-site programme team. This is not a typical freelance floristry role; it is a collaborative, values-led position within a structured support programme.

6 full-day training workshops (May–July 2026), plus preparation time. Candidates must be able to attend on 6 confirmed Friday dates between 15th May and 17th July.

REQUIREMENTS

Professional floristry experience.

Experience working with vulnerable or trauma-affected adults.

Teaching or workshop facilitation experience.

Full UK driving license.
