TYPE OF WORK COVERING
We're looking to hire an in-house Christmas wreath maker to be based at our Christmas tree farm during the Christmas season annually. The role would involve coming up with a range of wreath designs each year, making the wreaths themselves (we typically sell around 400), and potentially also running wreath-making workshops at the farm. We would supply all materials and equipment as needed and guided by the florist.
A BIT ABOUT US
After completing a degree in Agriculture and Forestry, Tom Kidger decided to follow his passion, and started in the business of growing and selling Christmas trees with the help of his family as well as a dedicated team of workers. The business has grown year on year and now sells from three sites across Sussex.

We’re open to discussing the best way to work with someone - e.g. it could be simply an hourly rate, or we essentially purchase each wreath but would depend e.g. if they were on-site doing workshops. We’re happy for the florist to put forward suggestions and go from there.
