Have you got what it takes to be a part of our vibrant team ? We have a rare and significant role available at our Haywards Heath store ! This is an exciting, varied opportunity within a well established, successful small business. We are looking for a qualified , experienced Florist to join our team.
Main duties involve taking the lead role in the day to day running of our retail shop as well as undertaking c role in the day to day running of our retail shop as well as undertaking consultations and producing high quality wedding ,funeral and corporate work.
35 -45 hours per week including Saturdays and occasional Sundays.
Top rate of pay within the industry depending on experience.

TYPE OF EMPLOYEE REQUIRED

We are looking for the following skill set:
Minimum of 2 years experience preferably to include both retail floristry and weddings.
Highly motivated team player
Excellent customer service skills
Ability to work as part of a team and autonomously.
Focused, motivated individual with plenty of initiative and good problem solving skills
Full driving licence
Ability to work quickly and under pressure
Please note this role will involve Saturday and occasional Sunday working as well as a willingness to work extra hours during busy periods.
