We have compiled the following hints, tips and advice to help you use our system to it’s full potential:

The Process

Once your vacancy is listed with us, our directory of freelance florists will be notified. If you have placed an urgent vacancy this will be emailed out as an informative advert, and also published on our social media pages.

Any responses to your advert will come directly to you via email. Florists will reply to confirm they are available, and also include details/a link to their profile so you can view who they are and if they would be suitable.

You can then liaise with them directly regarding finer details, arrangements and pay.

All payments and fees will be dealt with directly between the florist and yourself. We advise that they issue you an invoice, clearly stating their payment terms.

Once the job is complete you have the option to send us a review, to let us know how your experience went.

Getting the best from your vacancy

In order for you to connect with relevant florists for your vacancy we recommend that you give as much information as you feel comfortable with, to give them a clear idea of what will be required of them whilst they are working for you.

Tell them who you are - include information, i.e website/social media links to show what kind of business you are, and what your core floristry style is.

Accommodation - if accommodation is a possibility, even if it is a cheaper negotiated rate for local accommodation, it would be worth offering it in your listing, you could open yourself up to many more freelance florists if they are able to travel and have the option of overnight accommodation.

A few things we ask and expect

Accreditation - Please make sure you gain consent from the florist before any work is credited to them. We ask for the same consideration when it comes to images of your projects and events. They must gain consent from you to use any images of work they have completed whilst working for you.

Please view our terms and conditions for further guidelines as to what we expect from our members.

We do hope our service brings you great opportunities in your floristry journey.
