A BIT ABOUT ME

I am a sporty outdoor enthusiast with a deep love for flowers and nature, rooted in my upbringing in the Wiltshire countryside. After a decade in London, where I studied Surface Decoration and developed my design career before transitioning into floristry, I thrived on the city’s vibrant energy, exploring galleries and museums both in the UK and around the world during my travels.
My journey has taken me across Australasia and South America. I settled in the stunning Chamonix-Mont-Blanc, France, where I established a small business specialising in wedding and event flowers inspired by nature. During my time in Chamonix, I embraced a free-spirited lifestyle, dedicating myself to training as both a trail runner and a snowboarder. Now that I’m back in the UK, I’ve developed an interest in yoga while still making time to be in nature through running.
I am excited to connect with fellow florists who share my passion and to become an active member of the wider floral community. I have invested in my professional development by completing courses in Wiltshire, focusing on floral team leadership, business improvement and sustainability. I enjoy working freelance and immersing myself in floristry every day, bringing creativity, attention to detail, and reliability to every project.

EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS

A professional who has built expertise through hands-on experience and self-directed learning. I have completed a range of short courses, including ikebana in Melbourne, Australia. My journey has included working in various flower shops in London, UK. As a flower consultant for Paula Pryke OBE, I was responsible for redesigning floral arrangements for luxury cruise ships based in Los Angeles. I established a small flower business in the Alps, specialising in wedding flowers for beautiful settings such as lakes and mountains. During my time in the Alps, I had the privilege of designing Christmas decorations with an Alpine festive spirit for an editorial photoshoot with H&M Home.
