A BIT ABOUT ME
Home styling, hand pottery, sewing clothes and bags, calligraphy, yoga, reading. I'm interested in developing creatively by trying out different mediums. I want to get involved in big events in and around London and work as part of a team, being a reliable, significant and dependable assistant. I am petite but I am drawn to big installations, big events, big creations and zhoozing the final look, if I could be given the opportunity.

EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS
This is a second career for me. I've just taken early retirement from nursing for the last 35 years working for the NHS. I'm in my mid 50s and still waiting to grow up. I have always been creative and now I am getting the freedom to explore my creativity. I have just completed the Floristry Basics Course at The Bath Flower School and have other courses booked for later in the year to further develop my skill set. I have many transferable skills from my nursing career especially when it comes to team playing and working autonomously.
I am very early on in my floral career I am working with a local florist who is teaching me the behind the scenes of working in a flower shop and the techniques to create all types of arrangements.
