JOB ROLE

We are looking for an experienced florist to work in our busy shop in Bristol alongside our small team.

The successful applicant will ideally have previous floristry experience, will be creative, happy to work independently and as part of a team, and have excellent organisational and interpersonal skills.

The role will be exciting and varied, involving all aspects of modern floristry – from special occasion flower arrangements and funeral tributes to weddings and events. We make up a lot of bouquets and hand ties while customers wait so the whole team must be quick and efficient.

Other duties include; - serving customers - handling email and telephone enquiries - helping with ensuring the shop is always clean and tidy, and the flowers are always in good condition.

ADDITIONAL:

A full, clean driving license would also be advantageous as you may also be required to help deliver flowers to wedding venues and help our driver on busy occasions.

This job is perfect for an experienced florist who is ready to work in a fast-paced environment and who is willing to adapt and create new styles and floral designs. Applicants must be available to work overtime during busy periods - Christmas, Valentines, Mother’s Day, and occasional Saturdays.

Previous retail experience would also be great as we sell a mix of flowers, cards, balloons, sundries, and plants, as well as fresh, dried and silk flowers.
