JOB ROLE

A family ran florist in Redditch, offering (2 days in the week) Tuesdays and Thursdays. More hours in busy periods/ holiday cover.

The Nursery Shop is a thriving floral business known for our creative designs and exceptional customer service.

We are seeking a passionate and skilled florist to join our team and help bring beauty to our customers’ lives.

**Key Responsibilities:** - Create stunning floral arrangements for various occasions, including weddings, events, and everyday orders. - Assist customers with selecting flowers and arrangements that meet their needs. - Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the workspace and display areas. - Manage inventory of flowers and supplies, ensuring freshness and quality. - Collaborate with team members to provide excellent service and meet business goals. - Occasionally deliver arrangements to customers, requiring a valid UK driving license.

**Qualifications:** - Must have a minimum of Level 2 qualification in floristry or equivalent experience. - Creativity and a strong eye for design and detail. - Excellent customer service skills and the ability to work well in a team. - Reliable transportation and a valid UK driving license. - Availability to work 2 days a week, with flexibility for occasional Saturdays.
