JOB ROLE
We are currently seeking a talented and experienced Florist to join our busy city centre shop.
This is an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced, creative environment where no two days are the same. You will be responsible for creating beautiful floral arrangements, assisting customers, supporting the day-to-day running of the shop, and helping to showcase our work through engaging social media content.
Key Responsibilities:
Creating fresh and bespoke floral arrangements
Providing excellent customer service in-store and over the phone
Assisting with general shop duties and upkeep
Creating and posting social media content (photos, videos, and stories) to promote our products and brand
Occasional delivery of orders when required
Key Requirements :
Proven experience as a florist (essential)
Strong creativity and attention to detail
Confident using social media platforms (e.g. Instagram, Facebook)
Good eye for photography and presentation
Excellent customer service skills
Ability to work efficiently in a busy environment
A flexible approach to working hours (part-time or full-time available)
A full driving licence is preferred, as some delivering may be required
RATE OF PAY/SALARY
Competitive pay based on experience.
